Is the "ash tray" for the Tabako bon. For Chaji should be used haifuki made of green bamboo /fresh/. Sometime for keiko is used haifuki made of dryed /yellow/ bamboo. A tiny bit of water in the bottom puts out the small ball of tobacco which is smoked in a tiny pipe called a Kizeru.
