Nakajimae

Nakajimae is when the Chawan and Natsume are placed together in the center of the mat directly in front of the host at the end of the Temae, during furo season (as opposed to Honjimae). It is done in Hiroma and Yojohan depending on the temae, for example, the following temaes: Outsu-Bukuro, Tsutsumi-Bukusa, and Nagao Chaire are finished nakajimae in addition to the standard hakobi and tana koicha and usucha temaes which are likewise generally finished nakajimae.
