There are a few different sumi Temae:
Shozumi - Before Koicha.
Gozumi - Between koicha and Usucha.
Bonkogo - Using a Kogo with a history.
Sumishomo - Asking the guest to place the sumi.
Shinsumi - Used for Daisu temae.
